What’s our Return Policy?

We are committing to offer our customer 100% satisfaction, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition if you are not happy with your order.

Return Conditions

  • If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
  • Returned items must be in their UNUSED condition with the original packing. We DO NOT accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We DO NOT accept free returns except for product defects or shipping damage.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that were not purchased from our store and cannot be accepted as returns.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

How do i return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
  • Only items purchased directly from will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
  • Returns made without receipt may be refused. Mambobaby Floats reserves the right to deny any return.

Order Cancelling
Orders usually will be processed by our ERP system within 2-24hours, please inform us( for order cancelling via email within 2 hours after placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
